I have problems at the time of reservation; For example, if 2 additional people are added and a child is added, at check out where you see the prices it is multiplying the number of children and additional people, it only takes one.
Before I respected the number of children that were added.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
The accesses were sent to the aforementioned email, I would also like it if I could check that the limit that each service has at the time of booking is preserved when a reservation is made from the page administrator, example: a service has a limit of 18 people max per hour but when it is done manually there is no alert or warning to say that the reserve limit has been exceeded.
Thanks, but for some reason, I'm not seeing any emails with the access link (checked the spam, as well). Is there a change to provide the credentials here (just make sure that you click on Private) and nobody will be able to see them except us?
If the option "allow admin to book at any time" is not enabled, even if you book as an admin manually, from the backend, the timeslot shouldn't be available for booking if its already booked to maximum capacity. Perhaps, I understood your question wrong?
