We are using Amelia to create a booking form for our client, but we've noticed that in the Step by Step form there is not a Go Back button, only a Continue button, we would need a Go Back button so if the user makes a mistake, he can go back and change it, for example, writing his name wrong or selecting a wrong date, is this possible?
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Thanks for looking into this, we've tried disabling all plugins and changing to a default WordPress theme, but yet we can't see a Go Back button inside the form.
We looked at one of yours demos, in this page https://barbershop.wpamelia.com/, and there we also don't see a Go Back button in the form. Is there anyway to implement this? Even if it's a custom feature, we need a Go Back button inside the form so if the user makes a mistake, he can go back and change the details.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
