I have set an event for 14th June and once people are booked some people are contacting saying that they are receiving an email saying the event venue has been changed when it has not. Could you give me any reasons why this might be happening?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, It's hard to investigate without proper details. Is there a chance to provide exact steps so we can try to reproduce? By default, only the email that the event has been booked is sent.
