We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hallo,

    ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit, alle anstehenden Termine des aktuellen Tages (und eventuell der 2 bis 3 folgenden Tage) täglich morgens vor Beginn der Öffnungszeiten an den jeweiligen Mitarbeiter automatisch per Mail zu verschicken. Es soll also eine Terminübersicht der anstehenden Kundentermine für bis zu 3 Tage verschickt werden. 

    Ist dies mit Amelia in der aktuellen Version möglich? Wenn ja, bitte ich um kurze Info über die mögliche Vorgehensweise.

    Wenn es aktuell nicht möglich sein sollte, bitte ich um Aufnahme der Funktion in die Wunschliste.

    Hello,
I'm looking for a way to automatically send all upcoming appointments for the current day (and possibly the 2 to 3 following days) to the respective employee by email every morning before opening hours begin. An overview of upcoming customer appointments for up to 3 days should be sent. 
Is this possible with Amelia in the current version? If so, please provide brief information about the possible procedure.
If it is currently not possible, please add the function to your wish list.

    Hello Ronald,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. 

    Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. Currently, there is a notification template "appointment next day reminder", which you can configure to be sent at a specific time (the day before) for a certain appointment. There is also an option to configure the custom notification, but this will work for a single appointment. 

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
