Thanks for reaching out to us. This is an issue related to the admin permissions and seems like you are not able to connect an employee to the Google Calendar.
Please, try this - access the wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table). Delete all rows from that table, and after that, you should be able to connect your employees to the Google Calendar.
If this doesn't help, you would need to enter the Google Cloud console. The 403 error is coming from Google, not from the database, though. So, you would need to edit the application you created on the Google Cloud console and add the developer's information.
If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
