Hello, how can I configure Amelia so that the events that I have scheduled in my Outlook calendar are reflected in the plugin when selecting a time for an appointment.
For example, in my Outlook calendar I have the schedule from 9:30 to 10:30 am busy every day and when testing as a client when selecting times it appears as available and I need it to not be available in all the events I have.
Events from Outlook Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Outlook Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

Hello
What does the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option refer to?
Hello Ali,
Thank you for the update on this.
That option basically determines how many events from Google, Amelia will take into account.
Please let me know if that worked for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
