Unfortunatelly, these animations are coded and while you can edit other stuff, this would require a customization. Included support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features, but not customization of the code.

You are correct. It only works with the online payment methods. You can configure this in service settings and choose if a customer needs to pay a certain amount or a full amount.  More information on this link.

The best option would be to provide WP admin credentials so I can log in to double-check.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the credentials again. I just created a new employee and tested in the employee panel. All services are visible. Which particular employee has this problem? Would you be able to provide credentials for this employee so I can log in to check?
