I am currently using custom fields to collect various information from our clients, such as height, weight, and measurements. However, I have noticed that this information is saved per service each time a customer makes an appointment, which can be quite tedious as we have to fill out the same information for each client multiple times.
I would like to know if there is a way to have custom fields that can be saved directly to the client's profile, rather than for each service or every time the client makes a booking. Specifically, I am looking to save this information alongside other client details such as name, phone number, and email. It is important for us that this information be requested from the client, so using the internal notes field in the client's profile is not sufficient. Please see attached image.
Is there a way to achieve this, or is there an alternative solution that you can recommend?
As custom fields are connected to appointments rather than customers ,there is no option to connect them to customers specifically and thus, this is not possible.
