    I run a cleaning business, and I purchased Amelia to organize client and employee scheduling.
    I am having difficulty assigning a location to each client for appointment confirmation, and address information for my employees.
    We clean the clients homes, so every client is a different address. For some reason it is only letting me pick the address assigned under me. But as of right now it is only doing it for one service, my “walk through” service which only I as the ceo am assigned under. 
    all the other services so far have let me appoint any address to the scheduling appointment.

    Can you please take a look at my account and fix this. 

    for each client scheduled, I need to be able to assign there address to the notification sent out, and the scheduling post that is both sent to the client and employee panel.
    please respond as soon as you can.

    Hello Sterling,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    The only option is to configure the customer's address through custom fields. you will need to add the address custom field where the customer can enter their address on the front-end.

    Then, to add that information in the email template as well, you will need to use the %custom_field_x% placeholder, with x being the ID of the custom field.

    I am pretty sure this issue is a bug because on certain employees I am able to choose from the full list of locations on the backend and for myself, I am only able to choose from one location both of these tickets I have have not been addressed properly the answers are not what I’m looking for so I think it would be easier to have a call or a meeting to address this this customer service is not of any help. What number can I call to talk to somebody directly that can look at my account

    Hello Sterling,

    The only option is to provide you with support through a ticket.

    I hope that I understand you correctly now.

    Each employee needs to be assigned to a default location:

    However, when you access the Work Hours tab of the employee, you can assign all your locations to your employee's work hours, or you can freely select multiple locations depending on the day:

    This way, your employee will be assigned to all locations you've created, but when a customer books an appointment on one of these locations, all other locations will be blocked during this time.

    I have already assigned all locations to all employees in work hours and I still can not choose from all locations.

    the customer can only book phone calls on my website. I run a cleaning business, I clean there homes, they can’t choose from locations. 

    But on the backend I need to be able to add there location to my list of locations and when I’m making there cleaning appointment on the back end I need to be able to choose there location in the appointment creator page. 
    but when I choose myself as the employee, and I go to locations I can not choose the location I have created for them even though I have went into work hours and assigned the location to myself. 
    I need this figured out as soon as possible

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update on this.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
