If an employee is also a manager, do they have extra options when they login to the employee portal or do they need to login to actual wordpress dashboard?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, one user can't have multiple user roles assigned. This will create a conflict in Amelia. You want to keep this one user role per one user. So, your employees - employee user roles, customers - customer user roles, and etc. An employee is only able to log in to the employee panel, but not a manager. He would need to use the WP backend to manage the appointments.

Hello Lindsay,

I hope it helps.
