    We offer IV Therapy treatments.

    We want to know if the following scenario is possible using only  the Amelia plugin:

    Once a client chooses a service (for instance, "GLUTATHIONE"), he then has the option to select the volume of the bag:
    * 600 Mg for 700NIS or
    * 1,200 Mg for 1,300 NIS or
    * 1,800 Mg for 1,800 NIS.
    Once he selects the volume, he can continue to the next step in the order.

    Please let us know if this scenario is achievable.
    Thank you.

    Hello Anton,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can add "extras" for each service individually (and choose if they are going to be mandatory)

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    Kind Regards,

    Thank you Stefan.

    We have another question:

    Notifications from Amelia are not being sent properly or are reaching the spam folder.

    We want to use the SMTP mail service, but we are not sure as to what SMTP Port, SMTP Secure, and SMTP Username to use.

    We have an SMTP plugin installed on our website (WP Mail SMTP) that is which uses a Gmail account to send form submission notifications.

    Please explain on how to use SMTP - please address the 3 configurations I mentioned above. We saw this video tutorial:

    but with no help.

    Thank you.

    Hello Anton,

    In case when you have a third-party plugin (WP Mail STMP), you want to use WP mail in Amelia settings. Using the SMTP settings in both places will result in conflict. If your third-party plugin is already configured properly, it should work with the WP mail.

    If you want to use just SMTP mail configuration, here are the parameters that you can use

    SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) – In this article, we show how to configure the SMTP mail service for Gmail, but you can set it up for any other outgoing service that supports SMTP for a mail client. When you select this option, four inputs will appear – you need to populate them to configure SMTP properly. A Google SMTP example:

    • SMTP Host – smtp.gmail.com
    • SMTP Port – 587
    • SMTP Secure – TLS
    • SMTP Username – Your Gmail address
    • SMTP Password – Your App password (details about setting up an app password can be found in the yellow notice section below)

    The most commonly used SMTP Ports are 465 and 587. Port 465 uses “SSL” as SMTP Secure, while port 587 uses “TLS” as SMTP Secure.

    You can find more information on this link.

    I hope it helps.
