Además, quería saber cuales son los tiempos de respuesta que definen como organización para el soporte de Amelia, en caso de que necesitemos su ayuda, y si estos se definen al momento de la compra del plugin.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Amelia doesn't store any information coming from the customers. This is stored on your hosting provider's server. The Amelia backend is where you can preview the appointments, customer information and etc, but you can create a WP user with the credentials and no one will have access to your file (unless if you share it ). Officially, support working hours are from 8 AM - 7 PM CET.
