We would like our customers to pay the price for a booked event by bank transfer.
We list our bank details for this in the confirmation email.
Now, at the end of the booking process (ameliaeventslistbooking), the following should be displayed to the customer regarding the payment:
“For a binding booking, please transfer the total amount to us within five working days to the account indicated on the booking confirmation you receive when you click on ‘Book event’. Thank you in advance!”
At the moment it still says “Your invoice/payment will be organized on site.”
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can change the labels in Customize section. Since this is regarding the events, you can click on Customize / Event list 2.0, and scroll down to the bottom until you find the Payment step.
Unfortunately, the button I changed is only displayed if I also activate PayPal (see picture).
How can I display my option „Bank transfer as per confirmation“ as the only option and delete the addition „your invoice/payment will be organized on site?“ (it comes automatically).
It is very important for us that we can currently only offer one payment option (bank transfer) and that this is also visible to the customer when booking.
The "on site" payment method is enabled by default, and even if you disable the other online payment methods, it should be visible on the last (payment) step.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have changed the button "Payment on site" to "Transfer according to confirmation". However, the note "Payment will be processed on site" still appears (pls see picture) under this button. This note should be deleted.
In addition, we would like to have the option of only setting up the "Bank transfer according to confirmation" button (i.e. no PayPal).
And we would like to delete the sentence “Payment/invoice will be processed on site” as we have changed the button “Payment on site” to “Payment according to email confirmation”.
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
Unfortunatelly, it can't be edited with the CSS since it's one string and it is changing dynamically. The only solution would be to change it with the hooks, but I'm not sure if that's the right fit for your needs.

Hi Stefan,
Thank you very much for your reply.
Once again for clarification:
We use events.
And we would like to delete the sentence “Payment/invoice will be processed on site” as we have changed the button “Payment on site” to “Payment according to email confirmation”.
Many thanks in advance!

Hello Sophia,
Thanks for the link. This is the CSS code that you can apply to hide the text

Hi Stephan,
thank you so much! It works :)
I have one more question:
“Payment on site” is displayed again at the end (see image). Is there also a CSS code to delete it?
Many thanks in advance!
