Hey there,
I would like to plan the duty rosters for my employees in advance. My employees have different working hours every week. This means that an employee works from 08:00 - 12:00 on Monday this week, for example, and from 13:00 - 18:00 the next week. It's the same for all the other employees. In the backend, however, I can only ever enter the working times for recurring times. How can I now set different working times with corresponding dates in advance? As I said, the employees have different working times every week.
I hope you can help me.
Hello Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the work hours schedule is repeated weekly for each employee. The way to configure different work hours is to configure special days. You can find this option in the employee work hours settings, and you can specify the days on which your customer will have a different schedule.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
