I have created an Amelia employee with services added. Now I am trying to add the appointments from the back end using an user with Amelia Admin rights. I have added the 1st customer and the appointments with no problems, now I am adding the second customer (no problems) but I cannot choose the appointment date although I allow 10 slots per appointment. The date is not selectable. Please help.
At the moment, there is no option to create an appointment on top of an already-existing appointment and thus, you will have to edit that existing appointment and add another customer there.
Good day, just to give you more information. I am running a learning centre and giving extra mathematics classes. I set it up that the classes are 1hour in duration from 15:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 18:00. I have set the slots for the appointment for the extra classes to 10. Meaning I do not want more than 10 people in the class at any time. If I am correct I can add 30 people in the day (10 per time slot). In theory I must then be able to schedule 10 different people for attending each 1 hour session. I could add one person, but the system does not allow me to add more people in that specific session/appointment. After adding one slot in 15:00 - 16:00 I cannot add anymore people to that 15:00 - 16:00 slot. The whole date is not selectable anymore.

So, instead of clicking on the "Add new appointment" button, you need to edit the already-existing appointment and add customers there.

Please let me know if that works for you or not.
