Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, customers don't need to be registered in order to book. They can access your webpage with the booking form and book an appointment. After the booking, this is when the customers are registered in Amelia. There are no options currently in Amelia, but you can use third party plugins like a membership or such to create pages that are accessible by some or not.
