I tried your beta feature 'Enable Fixed Columns'. It didn't due what I had expected, so I disabled it, but it won't turn off. I can no longer see the Column Width column in the column settings. My table now looks like this:
On our Sites, we can simply disable the Fixed Columns.
Can we remote in your Site to try to isolate the issue?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

How can I turn this feature off, so I can get my settings back?
Hi Ernie,
We are unable to reproduce this issue.
On our Sites, we can simply disable the Fixed Columns.
