We would like all our appointments to be set to Pending so that they have to be manually verified once we have received the consent forms. We also have a consent form we are linking to in the Pending notification email. However, this email does not get triggered after booking of the appointment occurs.
Currently, only an invitation via Google Meet is being sent.
We only have one service and I have set it for pending for default appointment status on that page.
I'm still in the "setup" phase so I'm not sure whether any other emails are working. Our Google Meet integration is set up and when you book an appointment, then an invitation gets sent but not the email for Pending. I've also set the default payment status to be pending.
I'm not sure what I'm missing here. If any particular screenshots would be helpful, please let me know. Thank you.
The email I'd like to send while the appointment is still pending is in Email Notification 2. Once we manually approve the appointment, then I'd like them to get the Appointment Approved email.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you - it seems that the email notifications are sending now. We are going to test it some more to make sure but I did get the notifications as expected.

Hello Charlene,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will have to set the "Default appointment status" to "Pending" for each service on the Amelia/Services/Settings page.
Is that the only email that is not being sent out?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
