We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I purchased Amelia pro, I figured out there is not the feature I need or I just can’t manage to see where it is.

What I need is the possibility to change the price of a service based on the date range selected, for example I need to put a specific price in June for a service and then a different price in July for the same service. Also when they select the date the price is already set for that date so I don’t have to change it manually.

Can you tell me if there is the possibility to do this? It needs to be a service not an event because I’m using resources to make the booking system work.

    Thanks

    Hello Alessandro,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, currently, this option is only available for events, but there is a workaround. Since the timeslots and pricing comes from the employee configuration, you can create something like this. For example, there is a service 1 with the duration and pricing. You would need to create two employees, assign them both to this service and then for each employee configure the pricing and work hours. This is so-called "price per employee" and even though you have a service price, your customers will see the employee pricing (based on the selection). Let's say that your employee 1 will work in June with the price of 50 USD, for example, where your Employee 2 will work in July with the price of 70 USD. You just need to configure the employee work hours according to your needs.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
