Hi, I would like to use a service as a building block for a package and realized that when I hid that service the package disappeared too.
I guess this is expected.
What I really want to do is to create a service that stretches over several dates. I am not to concerned about it being a package with a discount.
Is there an available option to do this?
Hello Jonas,
Apologies for the delayed answer. Unfortunately, this is not possible since the maximum duration of a service can be only 24h. A customer will be only able to select an appointment with a maximum duration of 24 hours (if configured). You may want to use Events for this use case, but please note that the events can't be added as a part of a package.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

so here's a great feature: the hide service toggle could have two options .
1. hide service everywhere, including packages
2. hide service in front end, but allow to be used in packages
this would allow people to create a service with several dates that can't be sold separately.
In my case, mostly people can't book one session, they have to book 2 or more. But I have a couple of services that are one-time services and I would like to show them all in the same place/form.
thanks
Hello Jonas,
Great suggestion, but currently this option is applied to the front end. When hidden, it won't be available at all for booking. As you already know, you can suggest it on our suggestion page.
