We have an email used by a tour operator to book for different people so the email is the same for each but the name and appointment is different. The system seems to not allow this. Is there a way to get around this?
For this purpose, you will need to disable the "Check customer's name for existing email/phone when booking" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Customers page.
