Thanks for reaching out to us. They were referring to the event capacity, but since you are using a catalog booking form, you would need to select this template. In Customize section, select the Booking Form v1. In the expanding menu, select Catalog Booking Form, and in Form Flow, select Catalog Service.
Click on the pencil icon and scroll down to where you find the option "Capacity visibility"
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
hello, I would like to hide the capacity section of the booking form. I am using the [ameliacatalog] shortcode.
I see no option in the customize menu as this solution suggested:

I made the recommended changes but capacity is still visible, is there anything else I can try?
I tested changing the label and the change is not reflected on my site neither.
