My admin account created a event and works how it should. Another admin account cannot see this event. It shows no results found. Even when selecting the correct date filter.
You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee.
Every role has different permissions and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
In that case, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the credentials. I'm not able to see the standard Wordpress layout, but you can check if the email used for this user is also configured for other users? In some cases, there could be an employee with a certain email and also a WP user (administrator) with the same email.
Can you also check if the other admin user account has multiple user roles assigned? This is also creating a conflict, so you want to double check this, as well.
Apologies for the delayed answer. I'm looking for a solution, but I'm not sure why the other users cant see the same event if they have the same user role. Usually, it's an issue with the mixed roles or the same email used for multiple users.

Hello Robin,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
This could be an issue with the mixed roles.

Please, let me know when you check.

Hi Stefan,
Every user just has the standard WordPress administrator role. No mixed roles.

Hi Stefan,
Yes like I told earlier we are using UiPress for this site. Thats why you do not get the full/original WordPress.
I checked and there is no other user with the same emailaddress. What could it be?

Hi Stefan,
There are no other admin accounts that have multiple roles selected.
Hi Stefan,
Can we get some more things to try? We need to show attendees to our client
