I have a big problem with my paypal it does not connect to my Amélia. My customers place orders with Paypal and pay the deposit, I receive the amount on Paypal but nothing happens with Amélia. So I have clients who come during appointment times but I don't have them anywhere, so I didn't know they had an appointment. Very problematic. While searching, I saw that in the settings section of Amélia, the "Paypal" payment was deactivated and impossible to reactivate it, do you know what the problem is? Thanks
PS: I dont know why, payments at the woocommerce level are automatically "on hold" only for PayPal
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
