We explained what you can do in order to test if your Stripe functionality works as it should with Amelia with the Stripe Test Mode. We also pointed out some troubleshooting. For example, it can happen if you already switch Stripe in Amelia Payment settings to "Test Mode". In Test Mode, you won't be able to perform transactions with real/live cards.
Or in other words, if Amelia is left in Test Mode, and you try a real card, you will get an error.

Another issue can also happen if you switch from Test to Live Mode,
but if you somehow did not input the correct Live Stripe Credentials in Amelia settings ( or left them blank at that moment).
If you already checked all of this, and still can't isolate the issue, with your permission, we can try our own Stipe Test on your site, and then we will revert everything as it was?

Je veux bien que vous le fassiez pour moi et j'ajoute aussi que les clients qui réservent ne reçoivent pas de notifications par mail et sms alors que j'ai fais tout les réglages
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

( paypal fonctionne, mais pas stripe)

Thanks for the credentials. I've entered my test stripe credentials and I've tried a test booking. As you can see, the booking was successful
This indicates that your credentials are not correct and you want to check them again (possibly create new ones)
