Can I send notifications (either through mail and whatsapp) to the employees with the "day agenda", it means, with all the schedule for the next day, in ascending order, and with all kind of services, like:
"Good morning, %employee_first_name%,
For today, we have the following schedule:
7h - %customer_full_name%, with %service_name%
15h - %customer_full_name%, with %service_name% 16h - %customer_full_name%, with %service_name%
Have a wonderful day and good work!"
Actually, the systems sends the notifications separetally by service and it gets a little bit messy.
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can create a new custom notifications, but you want be able to assign them to a particular employee, but to services instead. For example, if only one employee is assigned to a particular service, then only this employee will receive a notification. When creating a new notification, you can put the placeholder that will read the information such as time and date, customer name and etc. Of course, if it's going to be a scheduled notifications, this would need to be sent with the CronJob.
Ok, I've tryed this, but the system sent one mail to each schedule separetely, as shown at the printscreen. It means that if the employee has 6 appointments for that day, he/she'll receive 6 messages. It doesn't make any sense at all for this purpose.
Is it possible we have just ONE message per day showing all the schedule, as I modeled before?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
