Looking through the documentation I couldn't find information related to one of our use cases:
We have 4 different services assigned to the same time but only 2 of those services will be delivered depending on the clients' appointments.
Let's say that we have Service A, B, C and D available on Wednesday from 9:00h to 10:00h. One client schedules an appointment for Service A, so we still have A,B,C and D available. Another client schedules an appointment for Service C, so from that moment only Service A and C are available at that time.
One employee can cover only one appointment (service) at a time, so if you have one employee, covering all 4 services, once service A is booked, at that time no other service will be available (because the employee is busy). If you need to cover multiple appointments at the same time, you will need to create as many employees as you have services that are being offered during that time.
Hi,
Looking through the documentation I couldn't find information related to one of our use cases:
We have 4 different services assigned to the same time but only 2 of those services will be delivered depending on the clients' appointments.

Is it possible to do that with Amelia?
Thank you in advance.
Hello Ivan.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
One employee can cover only one appointment (service) at a time, so if you have one employee, covering all 4 services, once service A is booked, at that time no other service will be available (because the employee is busy). If you need to cover multiple appointments at the same time, you will need to create as many employees as you have services that are being offered during that time.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
