Hi again Irena.
Can you please check the time zone in your WordPress General Settings and in your employee's profile? Since it seems the appointment is correctly added into the calendar, it appears that the time zone used in the back is incorrect.
Please check out this article: Time Zones with Amelia
In short - if your time zone is configured in the "UTC+/- something" format, it will not properly allocate daylight savings time. Also, it's important to note that changing the time zone will affect the booked appointments as mentioned in the article above.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello,
its settings showing like this.

That appears to be correctly configured, Irena, thank you.
In that case, can you please access the calendar settings (Apple Calendar, if I'm not mistaken) and check the time zone in there as well?
If that doesn't help, please provide me with temporary wp-admin (Administrator) credentials in a PRIVATE response, so I can log in and test this.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Irena.
The response related to this ticket was provided in the other one: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3656037/
From what I can see, this is the issue you're facing. The primary time zone of your Google account is UK, and this is what the email displays, but the time difference in the Apple calendar, which is set to Lithuania, adds the 2 hours to it:
I see that the Apple Calendar is a separate window, so it doesn't correlate to the time zone of your Google account. These calendars add times based on your physical location, by default, so I suppose that's the issue - that your primary time zone is UK and since you're in Lithuania, it adds a different time to the calendar.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello,
I have deleted Lithuania Time on google. Only left UK. But is very strange, because this bug is strange. and do you think now will be ok?
Hi again Irena.
Each platform may handle time zones differently, leading to inconsistencies if not properly managed. Amelia doesn't have time zone settings, so it relies on your WordPress time zone. Since your WP time zone is set to London, both Google and Apple Calendar accounts need to have the same time zone configured.
As mentioned in my previous response - the Apple Calendar you've shown in one of your previous responses is a separate window, so it doesn't correlate to the time zone of your Google account. My advice is to check the time zone of your Apple Calendar as well because Google seems to have displayed the time correctly (11:30), while Apple pushed it 2 hours ahead (13:30).
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Its doesnt fixed the problem. Still same issue and emails running confusing.
Hello Irena,
Thank you for the update on this.
As we could not figure out what the issue is after our previous response, can you please provide me with the screen recording of this whole process and I will have this further tested out?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
