Firstly, you need to configure the service so it has a maximum capacity of at least "2" (so 2 people can book the appointment).

Then, you need to access Amelia Settings -> Appointment Settings, and enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" slider. This will allow multiple customers to book the same appointment until the maximum capacity is reached.

Please note that this can only be achieved if the customer books the same appointment with the same employee. One employee can cover only one service (Appointment) at a time, so there's no way to allow a 2nd customer to book a different service with the same employee.
