Often when creating recurring appointments, it takes a while for website to register it / process it....and when it finally does finish creating the appointments / send emals etc, it loads this page...(see attached). As you can see it still has the New Appointment page open. It should actually close.
It's confusing, because it makes you think that it didn't finish or work, and that you need to click "save" but this is not correct.
This has been happening like this for the last few versions...but wasn't always like this.
Not a huge bug, but a little confusing - Just thought I'd pass this on...
I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my testing site. I booked 30 weekly recurring appointments, just like you did, and even though it took some time (this is normal because 30 weeks go up until January 2025), it did load faster than on your site. On the other hand, I just reinstalled everything on the testing site, so it's currently blank and there is a lot of space available.
The search sometimes acts strangely, as you mentioned, but we're about to redesign the entire back-end so it will most likely be fixed once that's done. It's a big task, so it's going to take time, but there's no point in fixing old code since we're going to perform an overhaul anyway.
I'm glad to hear that the appointments are still being made, but the "Time slot not available" error shouldn't appear (it didn't on my end). You probably didn't catch the error before, but that's the reason why you see the "New appointment" modal, as you mentioned when you opened the ticket.
I'd like to take a look at your website and see if there are any errors in the console, so please provide me with the credentials in a PRIVATE response.
I just booked as AMELIA TEST - it's basically the same approach, I just selected June 12th instead of the 11th. The error came back (Time slot is not available) but, just like in your video, it booked all appointments.
Unfortunately, there are no specific console errors, and it shows the same, undefined error saying there's a timeslot that's not available (even though that's not the case). I deleted all those appointments I booked, so they don't cause any confusion on your site.
I did purge the cache, but I'd recommend asking your hosting provider to perform a deeper purge on their end. Once they do that, test it again and see if the issue is still there.
If it is - would you be able to duplicate your website using the All-in-One WP Migrate plugin, so I can send that file to our developers and have them debug this?
You can upload the file to Wetransfer and just send me the link in a PRIVATE response.

Hey Ronnie
This is not the expected behavior and I can't replicate it locally. I did see it a few times before, but it was always something causing it.
Can you please provide me with temporary wp-admin (Administrator) credentials in a PRIVATE response, and I'll take a look at it?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
