multi reservation doesn't work correctly, the employees are not taken into account. The only control that works is in the basket, but the error message does not specify which line is in error. A customer can't book the same service with a different employee... Employees are associated automatically ( random or round bobin ) can you make a fix or a snippet??? this is the third ticket I've opened in a short time... it's annoying...
It would be nice if the schedules were managed by the departments and not the employees...
Thanks for reaching out to us. Mutliple selection of appointments are only possible with the "Cart" feature. There is no option for a customer to book the two or more employee for the same timeslot on the same page. Once a customer chooses the timeslot, he can click on "choose another" and then he will be able to book another appointment. In order for customers to book the same timeslot multiple times, you would need to configure the maximum capacity of service to 2 or more and also enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Appointment settings. Timeslots are defined by employee work hours and service duration combination, so if you have a service with duration of 1h and employee work hours are configured from 09 - 17, timeslots would appear as 09 - 10, 10 - 11 and etc.
I've switched to the Hive module, which does everything you can't do with yours, at least for booking kayaks, paddles etc etc... Too bad it's an annual fee.

Some features may not be available currently, but we are looking forward to improving the user experience. For example, for multiple appointment selection, we've made the "Cart" feature, which will allow your customers to book multiple appointments for multiple services, per one booking. As stated, a customer would need to select "book another" at the Cart step and choose another appointment. Feel free to suggest any feature that you would like to see on our feature suggestion page.
