We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, my client whom I will be setting this up for, needs to know if the user will be able to have an option to choose between in-person versus Zoom meeting?
Hello Petro.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The customers won't have the option to choose whether the appointment will be handled in-person or via Zoom, but you can configure the "Appointment Approved" and/or "Appointment Pending" email notifications, so they can respond to what they'd prefer.
Also, you can include a custom field that would be mandatory, so when a customer books an appointment, they can choose whether they'd like an in-person appointment or a Zoom appointment. The employees would need to check this custom field before they start the appointment, and you would need to (again) include the info in the email. For example:
"Dear customer...
If you chose to conduct this appointment via Zoom, please access this link when the time comes: %zoom_join_url%
And if you chose to conduct it in-person, we'll see you on %appointment_start_date_time%"
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
