Deleted Location - All Services Disappeared

Hi there. Everything was going well with the plugin until I deleted one location that I didn't want to use anymore and it ended up vanishing all my services from the front end. I am trying to link the services to the other location but it seems impossible. I don't understand what happened, as there seems to be no place where I can link services to locations or vice versa. It seems like they are not related at all, so I don't know why my services disappeared and how I can make them reappear again for the new location.

I understood that services needed an employee to be created, but not necessarily a location. But even if they need a location to be active, how can I link them to the new location I created, which in fact was just "Online", as there's where the services are taking place?

PS: I am adding two other issues I have, just so they can be under the same ticket.

    1. The Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0 appears differently on the back end than on the front end. The sidebar and a lot of the functionalities don't even come up on the front end.
    2. How do I create the customer panel and employee panel pages? I enabled them in Amelia's settings, but it seems like there's no pages linked to them. Should I create new pages in Wordpress using Elementor and then Embed the Amelia Customer Panel and Employee Panel there?

I would really appreciate your timely help with these issues.

    Hello Brian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. 2.  Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    3. For that purpose, you need to create separate pages and add specific shortcodes for both customer and employee panels as per the following article.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Uroš,

Thank you so much for your reply, man! I appreciate your help. I figured out all these issues, thanks immensely. I just have another question. The step-by-step booking shortcode seems to appear differently on the same page. I suspect the difference may be because in one case I am using the whole page width to insert the shortcode, while on the other the page is split in 2. Do you think this is why in one case it appears with the sidebar/menu and in the other it appears without?

If so, is there a way to work around that? On the theme sample, it appears with the sidebar, although the page is split.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks in advance.
    Brian

    Hello Brian,

Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.

Can you please provide me with the URLs of both of pages where the sidebar is displayed differently and I will assist you with this?

    Looking forward to your reply.
