Thanks for reaching out to us. Are you performing this test by yourself or it's a real use case? I'm asking because this could only happen when you are already logged in as an admin, but you want to test the notifications on the booking form, while already logged in as an admin.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I expect you'll not receive the confirmation mail which you should receive. In fact, the admin is receiving both emails. Even the one in which the person's name who booked the appointment is mentioned. Check the attached screenshots for example.
Even if you check the appointments page, here also the client's email and the employee/admin's email is showing the same even though I've booked the appointment using a different email address and from my phone where I am not logged in my site.
Actually, i've received the booking email along with the credentials. Here are the screenshots
If the user account settings are correct, please try clearing cache/cookies. Unfortunatelly, without access, it's hard to investigate, even harder assuming the fact that the emails are sent properly.
Thanks for the video, but, unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the case. As you saw in the screenshots, the emails were sent correctly. I guess, you can provide the WP admin credentials to test it again, but looks like it's working properly.
Admin is receiving both emails when I try it. That's what I have tried to show you in the video. It's not working for me. What might go wrong? Is there any customizer export feature in your plugin that I can just export the setup and send it to you?
I am not comfortable sharing the login access. I am sorry and thank you for your response.
I guess the problem with the plugin is when I use the same phone number (which means when an admin's/employee's phone number is used in the booking form). The admin mail receives both emails when I use my same phone number to book the appointment. You can also try my number +91 8001823387. Use any email but enter my number and you will not receive any email.
I tried using a different phone number and it's working. Kindly try this yourself and fix the plugin if such an issue occurs to you too. Thanks for your timely response and support. I really appreciate it. Have a good day sir!
The person who booked an appointment doesn't receive an email about the booking. Instead employee is receiving both emails. What's this?

I have tried both by myself in logged-in status and from an incognito mode (logged-out status)—the same outcome.
How strange.

Why can't you simply try booking an appointment using the form here at https://www.imimdesign.com/book-an-appointment/

Hello Akhtar,
I've had to use my email in order to receive the confirmation, but I've used your phone number and yet again, I've received the confirmation email
I'm not sure what seems to be an issue and it's hard to investigate without the access, as stated previously.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
