Hello, I am developing a platform for services between individuals where people can register on my site to provide a service and others can register to purchase that service.
People who want to register to offer their service must therefore become employees on Amelia. As my project is quite large, I'm wondering if there's a limit to the number of employees on Amelia? Won't I run into problems if I have too many employees?
On the other hand, I wanted to know if on the site I'll be able to click on a button (under a profile page for example), to take the person directly to a page where the services of that particular person are offered.
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can as many employees as you want, but this depends on the server performance. We've had customers that used Amelia for Covid-19 vaccinations, and they worked with around 1.000 appointments per day. If you have a lot of data (services, employees, appointments, and most likely customers) combined, so if the form is not filtered (like [ameliabooking service=1] or something similar), the form loads all services and all employees.
There is an option to put the booking form on the front end page with a particular shortcode. This shortcode would "tag" the employee ID, but in your case, each employee would have a different ID and you would need to manually change this each time. It would not be convenient in this case.
As for the second, I don't think I've explained myself properly: in fact, I'd like to create a sort of database of my employees (one page per city for my employees, for example). On this page, customers can click under a particular person with a button to make a reservation, and this button would link directly to the reservation page for this chosen person.
I see now. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

I hope it helps.

Okay then, perfect for my first question.

Is this possible?
Thanks for your reply!
