1. Can you please let me know if there is any admin or employee with the same email as the customer user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?

If that is the case, you should change the email of that admin or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

2. Please try the following CSS for this purpose:

div.el-popper.is-light.el-popover.am-cc__popper > div > div.am-cc__edit-item.am-delete{
    display: none !important;
}

3. Try the following CSS for this purpose:

#amelia-container > div > div > div.am-caph__main > div > div.am-slide-popup__block.am-position-right > div > div.am-msd__item-wrapper > div:nth-child(5){
    display: none !important;
}

Thank you for the update on this.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
