1. Can you please let me know if there is any admin or employee with the same email as the customer user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that admin or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
2. Please try the following CSS for this purpose:
div.el-popper.is-light.el-popover.am-cc__popper > div > div.am-cc__edit-item.am-delete{ display: none !important; }
3. Try the following CSS for this purpose:
#amelia-container > div > div > div.am-caph__main > div > div.am-slide-popup__block.am-position-right > div > div.am-msd__item-wrapper > div:nth-child(5){ display: none !important; }
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Just a small note: I have a limit of 48 hours for clients to reschedule. When I'm less than 48 hours to the appointment, when I press the 3 dots, there is a blank box (see attach). Is there a way to not show this?
Hi.
I am configuring the new customer panel and I need some help:
1. when i press save changes in the profile tab, the changes are not saved and when i refresh page i still get the old data.
2. i would like to disable the option for clients to cancel a booking. i only want them to be able to reschedule (can I hide this?)
3. packages option appear on the mobile version but not on the desktop version. I don't want this to show at all as i don't have packages.
Thanks in advance.
João

Hi Uroš
Thanks for the help. The email is not associated with an admin or employee. It's an amelia customer.

Hi Uroš
If I could just hide the save changes button using css, would be fine. Can you please provide some code?
Thanks
João

It's all working as expected!
Just a small note: I have a limit of 48 hours for clients to reschedule. When I'm less than 48 hours to the appointment, when I press the 3 dots, there is a blank box (see attach). Is there a way to not show this?
Thanks for all your help.

Hello João,
I could not replicate this issue from my or your end.
Does it happen only for that specific customer/appointment?
Looking forward to your reply.
