I understand that the package is based on the service duration. But I would like to create the package like this :
-10 Hours of Tennis Lessons Package
Using this package, customers can use the 10 hours with different durations. Let say, 4 times of "2 hours sessions" with 2 times of "1 hour session". This is just an example. I want the customers to have flexibility in terms of duration, as long as it adds up to 10 hours. Depends on the customers preference. Can it be done?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You need to configure the package duration each time in advance when creating a package. Services that are a part of the package have their own duration, but the whole package and the time during which a customer can use the appointment is pre defined in advance in package settings.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
