We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear WPDataTables Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical performance issue we are experiencing with the WPDataTables plugin on our WordPress site. We have observed that the server load average spikes dramatically when interacting with multiple pages in the WordPress admin area where the plugin is active. This issue is significantly affecting our site's performance and usability.
When we open approximately 15 pages in the WordPress admin area that utilize WPDataTables, the server load average surges to an alarming 15,38. This high load average significantly degrades the overall performance of our server and makes the site virtually unresponsive.
We have a similar application on the same server without WPDataTables activated, and under identical usage conditions, the load average remains stable. This leads us to believe that WPDataTables is the primary cause of the server overload.
We have collected the following logs and performance data that may help in diagnosing the issue. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
At the same time, we noticed that the site was much slower in both the backend and the frontend, when the plugin was activated.
We have created an administrator user so that you can enter to test, we will send you the data privately in the following message.
This issue is critical as it impacts the usability and performance of our site. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving it.
Thank you for your support.
