Thanks for reaching out to us. Only WP users with the employee user roles will be available in the expanding menu when creating a new employee. The same goes for the customers. Make sure that your WP users have employee user role assigned and it should be visible in the expanding menu.
I thought that as an administrator I was supposed to be able to to whatever I need... I don't know how I can asign myself as employee. See my screenshot, I've got different role but don't know how to add amelia's one.
You shouldn't have multiple roles assigned to one user, anyway. This will create a conflict. The admin and the employee user accounts should be separated. The easiest way to create a WP user with employee user role is to click on "create new" in the expanding menu in employee settings.
But this is the same WP user with multiple roles assigned. You can't be an admin and an employee at the same time. This is creating a conflict in Amelia and thus you are not able to see all the features.
You have the same email for the employee and WP user with the admin user role. You need to make sure that this is separated.
Let me explain a bit more. So, you have one WP user who is an admin, and you are using this user to log in to the WordPress to manage all the settings. You also have an employee, whom you need to input an email in order to create it. You've used the same email during the creation of that employee and this created a conflict since you have WP user with multiple roles assigned. Now, you've changed the email for an employee, that's correct but you also need to create a WP user with this email and employee user role. Now, since the emails are different (admin and employee), you can click on "create new" and it will automatically create a new WP user with that email and employee user role. You will still have to use the admin WP user to manage the backend of the WordPress.
Yes, there is this option in Buddyboss, but i just wanted to explain the whole process. Thanks for letting me know. Should you have any other questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us again and we will kindly assist.
I'm using Amelia with Buddyboss theme and I can't map a WordPress user to the employee.

I did it and in fact, now, I've got the 'employee amelia" role, but I still cannot map a WP user to an employee...

Well I don't get it, I did it with a different email but how can I then map a WP user to an employee, this is unclear for me sorry.
