Hello, I purchased the module earlier on and everything works great when logged In as admin, but the 2.0 front end for the booking system doesn't show when the standard user in a fresh browser looks at it. The page is completely empty and has JQuery errors.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Hello, unfortunately this has not solved the issue. The form will still not show on the front-end and it is needed alot on the website. Please provide guidance
Please disable the caching plugin (if any) and the booking form should be visible in incognito tab, as well. In 99 percent of the cases it's the conflict with the caching plugin.
Hello, that seems to have fixed it but the plugin we use for caching is quite a necessity, what can we do in this instance? The plugin is an overall speed optimiser
There should be an option in the cache plugin to exclude Amelia files from caching. Usually "minify JS or CSS files" is the option that is causing a conflict. You can check these options.
