Thanks for the access. I've made a test appointment with my test customer and employee. Here are the emails that I've received after booking a test appointment
Configuration is correct, as well. If you send a test email, this is working correctly. According to this, all emails are working properly and I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Perhaps providing more information or you can try again?
all of a sudden everything seems to be working. I'm not sure how this happened but thank you for your help. there is an additional issue, I'm not actually getting the booking confirmations sent to my email. i set up myself as the employee to receive these emails but nothing is sending to my email and i actually have a new problem. when the text message sends it shows the address field as a google maps link. I'm not sure why?
Perhaps, emails coming from Amelia are flagged as spam in your inbox? As you can see, as per my last screenshots, the emails are sent properly. I've received both emails for a customer and employee.
no the emails are not in the spam folder, i looked everywhere and i don't see them anywhere. people receive the texts and emails but my main email for my business isn't getting these bookings
Sending test email is working properly, that's the indicator that the configuration is correct.
If i test the notifications one more time, I'm able to receive both emails, so i guess this could be related to your email address. Are you able to receive the emails from other senders or it's just Amelia?
When I fill out the booking from the front end, it only sends emails to the customer for the booking but it's not sending me the emails as the employer. I use a cPanel email through Round Cube from my Bluehost hosting. I receive emails from everything except the Amelia customer booking notifications.
Thanks again for the information, but unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the case. I'm using my real email address and each time i book a test appointment (from both the front end and backend), i receive an email. I'm not able to test with your email since i don't have access, but the emails are working properly.
I believe I fixed it, its because the email was typed in incorrectly lol. But I do have one other issue. When a customer is booking and when they are at their payment section, and they selection a payment option, PayPal for example I want them to see a message pop up saying that they have to pay a deposit. The message only seems to pop up for on-site, but I want it to pop up for all payment methods. How do I do that?
Actually, when the deposit option is enabled for a certain service, it will only be visible for online payment methods. You would need to enable it first for a certain service and and configure the deposit amount, of course. It should look like this
If you want to add the extra information, besides this one, you can add the custom field of type text, as well.

I just tested it again and I'm not receiving emails. What do I need to do to fix this?
