I have events listed on the website, I want to be able to set it up so that people can book a ticket up to 48 hours before the event, but I cannot find this option anywhere?
As these are recurring events, I want it to be automatic that booking closes 48hrs before rather than having to go in and manually set the closing time for each event. Is that possible?
Thanks for reaching out to us. When creating an event, in event settings you find these two options
This will be checked by default, by if you uncheck this, you can specify the precise date when the booking opens and closes. So, the event start date could be months ahead, but you can specify the date when the booking will be opened.
As mentioned, I have a lot of recurring events, so simply setting a date would mean manually amending this for every event. When I uncheck 'closes when event starts' it gives me an option of a specific data - but not a time limit before the event (for example, 48hours before)
Is there a way to set a time limit rather than set date?
This is because when creating a recurring event, Amelia is creating a multiple number of events that are the same. All changes will be applied to all events. Unfortunately, currently, there is no option to configure the time limit.

I've been waiting for over a week now for a response to private ticket #3645748 if there's any chance you could help with that / nudge that along.
