Hello, it's almost 7 days passed since i asked for the refund... i still don't get it. i need the refund so that i can buy the standard plan asap please
The refund should reach you in 7 business so this does not include weekends. If I remember correctly only 5 days has passed. Refund is on its way please let us know if you do not get in the next 2 days.
Just in case we checked with our billing team and they have sent you a refund already this is not up to us you just need to wait and a refund will reach you.
