Hi, when a customer makes a booking with Amelia, the employee does not receive the notification email. This problem has been occurring for quite some time. Sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't. May I know how to resolve this?
I have the same issue, they dont receive notification, and if they did - the time is does not match what they book and what they receive in the emails.
This is surely related to email notification settings. You want to double-check them, as we recommend SMTP settings for email. You can find more information on this link. If you are already using the SMTP settings and you are still experiencing the issues, then i would need to log in to your WP to double-check.

Well, usually when users were reporting the issue with notifications it was because of the wrong configuration (PHP mail settings) or because the templates wasn't turned on. In your case, the SMTP settings are correct (they are recommended) and the default appointment status is set to "approved". Even though your other template for employees are turned off, the one for "Appointment approved" is enabled, so everything is working correctly.
