I've just created an event that will run over 6 weeks. I have created it to occur every Saturday between 9am-10am from 27 July through August.
We have created custom pricing. An Early Bird Rate, and a standard price.
I have created pricing to be "By Date Range", expecting that only the Early Bird pricing will show between now and 30th of June, then only the Standard Price will show from 1st of July.
However, when I go to "book" the event now, I can see both the Standard and the Early bird pricing.
How do I make it so ONLY one price tier is available at the booking page? How can I make it so the Early Bird Pricing doesn't show from 1st of July?
As the pricing by date range works for the custom pricing categories that you have created, I would suggest that you create one single category and then set up two date ranges to have different prices per date range.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for your suggestion. I think I follow what you're saying, and have attached screenshots. I have created the event with a standard price of $180. Then have created just ONE custom price for "Early Bird" at $150, and have set that date range.
I presume that what you're saying is that once the 30th of June ticks over, then the custom pricing will disappear, and the event will revert back to the standard price of $180, is that correct?
