I have been facing some difficulties with the Amelia Plugin, unfortunately I am not satisfied with the product, much less with your support.
1-) When a person registers for an event they are directed to make payment on Woocomerce. However, even if she does not make the payment, this customer is already included in the list of participants as a PAID participant. This completely compromises the integrity of the system, as I have no control over whether the user paid for the event or not.
2-) When a customer makes a purchase, payment status is not updated in woocomerce. However, this only happens with the integration of your plugin. Other plugins we use are updated instantly.
3-) We have a problem with the plugin's navigation, often the NEXT button disappears from the screen due to the scroll bar. Many users are lost at this point. The button should be fixed to prevent this bug from occurring.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Can we shorten the time and pay more attention to our case? The support message was sent 2 days ago and only today did I get a response thanking me for logging in.
A long time for a service that we pay to operate and has not been functioning effectively.
In addition to the problems mentioned, I am facing problems related to memory usage in the provider, which means people have been unable to register for the event.
Normally a server uses 32mb or 64mb, we are using 300mb which is already a limit far above the ideal. Even so, the problem continues.
I've just went to your website to book a test event. I was able to book the event using WooCoomerce, there are no issues. Here is the email that I've received
I can't find the "Create booking before payment process:" menu
Could you be so kind?
My biggest problem at the moment is the memory error, is there anything I could do?
Our website has a fatal error.
[20-May-2024 05:07:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 314572800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/igrejafonte.org.br/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Domain/Factory/Booking/Event/EventFactory.php on line 454
I have also tried to reproduce the problem a few times and have not been able to. However, it happens because I receive feedback from customers regarding this.
The error occurs after filling in the fields in Amelia, as soon as it is directed to the payment method, in my case Woocomerce gives this error.
Then, going into the server log, it shows me that the error was in the plugin, as it was unable to allocate the requested memory, more than 300mb. As I told you, it is no longer normal to use 300mb.
What I found as a temporary solution was to use a cache cleaning plugin and do this cleaning. With this, the user can normally register.
There is something that needs to be changed in the server configuration to avoid this problem. What causes this excessive memory usage on Amelia's part?
I agree that 300 MB is a lot of resources, but usually, this issue is related to server performance and configuration. In most cases, when server performance is not optimized, the whole WP site crashes, including the Amelia plugin. Performing simple tasks such as booking an event or appointment, may result in crashing and getting the same issue as you've experienced. The other issue is the conflict with the caching plugins. This is a known use case, but the workaround is to either exclude the Amelia files from the caching plugin, or to remove the caching plugin completely. Usually, when there is a conflict with the caching plugin, Amelia booking form is not visible on the front end, but in this case it also fixes this one.

The one with the problem is Amelia himself.
Could you please prioritize our difficulties?

Hello Andre,
It has been disabled now
Now, regarding the memory error, i wasn't able to see any issues since as per my testing I was able to book an event as a customer.
Can you please provide the exact step in order to reproduce the same issue?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Stefan,
I hope you are well.
I'll disable the cache plugin and see if we have any positive results. If I have, I will contact you and let you know.
Is there any configuration you could recommend to me to improve the server performance for our application. (Woocomerce + Amelia)?
Thank you for now
Now I have noticed another problem.
No registrations have been recorded at our event anymore.
I don't know if this is part of having disabled the accounting function only after payment.
See that all the registrations in the attachment count on woocomerce but were not included in the list to participate in the event.
