    1. Custom Service Duration for Employees Each employee has a custom service duration (e.g., 4 hours). When a customer calls to make a reservation, I can only schedule appointments at intervals matching this duration, such as 6 AM, 10 AM, and 2 PM. This prevents booking at more flexible times like 6:30 AM or 7 AM, which is possible on the frontend. I would like the backend to allow scheduling in 30-minute increments to match the frontend's flexibility.

    2. Service Duration Exceeding Employee Schedule When selecting a custom service duration longer than the default (e.g., 2 hours instead of 30 minutes), the system allows booking beyond the employee’s working hours. For example, if an employee’s shift ends at 10 PM and a 2-hour service is selected, it lets me book from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM. This results in an "unavailable" timeslot message once the booking is confirmed, which is not user-friendly. Can I somehow enable the option to chain multiple services of the same type within the time selector or adjusting the form to handle custom durations correctly. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the custom duration dropdown menu initially unselected to clearly indicate this option to the client and not let him continue if he hasn t selected a duration.

    Hello Cristian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. For this purpose, you can disable the "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Admin page.

    2. We have noted this issue and it will be resolved in the next Amelia update.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and if the solution to the first point worked.

    Kind Regards,
