We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

we are a inspection company that now uses Bookly, I would like to switch over to your platform.  We offer services based on the size of the structure and have 4 inspectors.

Is it possible for the client to choose the type of the inspection (service),  then go to the calendar choose a date see which employees are available on that  date and their service times that are available ( not booked)  in the calendar view.  They would then click on the time available for the chosen service provider and  proceed with the booking of the appointment.

    Thanks

    Hello Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is how Amelia is designed to work. First, you need to configure a service and assign an employee to that service. On the booking form, service selection is a mandatory option, which means that the available timeslot will appear based on the employee work hours. Once a service is selected, a customer can select the employee (or you can hide this) and then available timeslot from this employee will be shown. Once they click on the timeslot, they need to enter the customer details and finish the booking. You can also check our demo on this link, for a better understanding of how Amelia works.

Of course, feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
