We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I have set up Amelia and integrated it with an outlook calendar. I have a meeting on my calendar that ends at 11:52 on Tuesdays, as a result all of my available meetings through the plugin are I am running into an issue where the offerings for a 30 min meeting are all offset by 30 min from that time (screen shot below). Is there a setting that I am missing that lets meetings only start at the half hour marks? I wouldn't want anyone that is trying to book with me to adhere to these atypical times. - Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have noted the issue you're experiencing with the offset timings for 30-minute meetings in Amelia due to your Outlook calendar integration. We understand that having meetings start at non-standard times can be inconvenient for both you and those booking with you.

    This issue is on our radar, and we are working on a resolution for a future update. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can set another meeting on your Outlook calendar from 11:52 to 12:00. This will ensure that the busy events from Outlook do not disrupt the typical half-hour time slots in Amelia, allowing your meetings to start at the desired times.
