We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I would like to create a package for a client in the backend, but I can only see the services. Is this the expected behavior?
Also, the client has created a user, and I have changed that user to an amelia customer, but she does not show up when I try to search her name in the customer field for a new appointment.

Hello Jonas,
Thanks. It has been sent to this email. Make sure that you reinstall the license and we can continue to troubleshoot. Hopefully, you should be able to see the packages option.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Sorry, I might have been a bit vague.
What I want to do is to create a Package sales in the back end.
But there is no packages here.
That's what I want to do.
Is this possible?

Hello Jonas,
All packages can be managed only in the separate section called "Packages". Since this is a separate feature, it has been added as a separate tab / section. Here you add new packages, add services etc. Unfortunatelly, there are no other ways of managing them.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I get that, I have several packages.
I would like to add a package reservation in the back end, just like I can add a service reservation in the back end.
Hello Jonas,
You would need to create a package first by going to "Add Package" and then you need to click on "Manage packages". In this section, you can book a package for a certain customer (make a reservation)
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Opening this again. So I booked a package. How do I change it from pending to something else so that the client can book their slots in the front end?
I can't even log in myself (admin) on the front end
